Eligible households can apply for one free 100 gallon delivery of home heating oil. Winter of 2008-2009 program begins December.

Massachusetts Good Neighbor Energy Fund

A joint program of the Salvation Army and participating Massacusetts enery companies, the fund provides small payments for heating oil for those who qualify and are experiencing short term financial problems.
